Nothing is worse in life than losing a close game of Tecmo Super Bowl, especially if you lose to a good friend who likes to rub it in. Well, my friend Colburn hasn't beaten me at a game of Tecmo since like 6th grade (We are now 26 years old), and he's pissed.
The last time I whooped his ass, he didn't talk to me for about two weeks. But that's just the amount of time it takes to recover from a loss in Tecmo.
In college, my friend, Birdie, whom I consider to be among the best Tecmo players in all the land, used to take 2 of every 3 games from me. So, I know the pain of losing as well.
